DAY 01:

Arrive Delhi - the capital of modern India and one of the ancient cities of the world, identified with Indraprastha, the city founded by the Pandavas (heroes of the epic Mahabharata). Meeting with our representative and assistance at the airport later transfer to Hotel. Check-in and overnight.

DAY 02:

After Breakfast Visit Old and New parts of Delhi - each with its specific charm and glory - makes a very interesting city for its sustenance to medieval and modern cultures at the same time and space. In the first half you will visit Old Delhi - including Jama Masjid (Mosque), Gandhi’s Cremation Site and a Rikshaw ride to Red Fort followed by the visit of Humanyun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar and a drive past the government buildings in Delhi. Return to hotel. Overnight.

DAY 03:

After early breakfast, drive to Agra visiting Lord Krishna Temples at Vrindavan in Mathura. Vrindavan, is major place of pilgrimage. It is noted for its numerous temples - both old and modern. Visit various temples including Banke Bihari temple & Iskcon Temple. Upon arrival at Agra during Pm Hours check in at Hotel.

DAY 04:

After Breakfast leave by surface for Fatehpursikri {37 Kms from Agra City}. this deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri, once a great moghul capital built by the Emperor Akbar but later abandoned for lack of water. In the afternoon we visit of Agra Fort and discover the World famous Taj Mahal, whose eternal beauty will astonish and mesmerize the visitors. It is also known as the "Crown of Palaces" built by the Emperor Shah Jahan to immortalize the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal who died in 1631. Evening free to visit the inlay handicraft market of Agra, overnight . Note – The monument of Taj Mahal remains closed on Fridays.

DAY 05:
115 kms / 03 Hrs

After breakfast , leave by surface for Gwalior , also called, the pearl of Hindustan, old princely state of the family of Rajput Sindhia. Afternoon Visit the imposing and magnificent Gwalior Fort made of sandstone, visit Man Mandir a six-towered palace. Also visit the, Gujari Mahal, the Tomb of Muhammad Ghaus, a saint worshipped by the Mughals & the Tomb of the famous musician Tansen. Return to Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 06:
135 kms / 03 Hrs

After breakfast, around 12h30 start your visit with 19th century Jai Vilas Palace. This Palace is famous for its ornate chandeliers & crystal , Post Lunch drive to Orchha , situated on the banks of the Betwa River. This medieval city is famous for the palace and temples built by Bundela rulers in the 16 th and 17 th centuries. Upon arrival check into Hotel & Overnight .

DAY 07:
175 kms / 04 Hrs

After breakfast visit Jehangir Mahal, Ram Raja Temple, Laxmi Narayan Temple and Chaturbhuj Temple. Post Lunch leave by surface for Khajuraho. Upon arrival check in at Hotel. Overnight.

DAY 08:

After Breakfast, morning visit the magnificent Chandela Temples. The sculptures on these temples are virtual stone carvings in motion and exemplify the best of Indian sculpture. Each temple, built of stone, is distinguished by carved spires and walls, where the subjects range from aesthetic depictions of major and minor deities and celestial beings to a variety of erotic sculptures. PM: Free to further explore the temples or the local village.

DAY 09:

After Breakfast, morning drive to Allahabad. A pleasant city and a major pilgrimage centre for Hindus. Allahabad has a Sangam (also referred to as 'Prayag', which means confluence) where three rivers (Yamuna, Ganges and Saraswati) meet. A dip at Sangam is believed to cleans one of all their sins. Upon arrival Check in into hotel. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 10:
125 Kms / 03 Hrs

After breakfast, enjoy a boat ride at the Sangam before we continue our journey to the ‘holy city’ Varanasi. Varanasi is the holiest Hindu pilgrimage in India and one of the oldest living cities in the world. On arrival Check in at Hotel. Pm take a small excursion and visit the Sarnath Museum and the excavation site. Return to Hotel. Overnight.

DAY 11:

Start your day with an early boat ride on the Ganges to view the sunrise and to see the rituals that take place along the ghats (waterside steps). This will probably be one of the most intense moments and most extraordinary experiences of your tour, and as the old saying goes, there is no parallel to the dawn at Benares. Return to Hotel. Afternoon visit take a city tour of Varanasi city visiting Kashi Vishwanath Temple (Golden Temple - 1777), the main Shiva temple in Varanasi for over 1,000 in the old city and the Emperor Aurangzeb Mosque. Return to Hotel. Overnight.

DAY 12:

After breakfast, leave for Bodhgaya. Upon arrival check in at Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight.

DAY 13:

After Breakfast, Full day will be spent visiting the Holy sites & Monasteries. Visit the Mahabodhi Temple is substantially the original temple that was built on site. Inside a collossal gilded image of Lord Buddha radiates peace, his finger touching the earth in the symbolic gesture of Enlightment. Along the northern side of the lies the Jewel Shrine of the walk' - the stone platform with sculptured ornaments which mark the footprints of the Buddha. To the west stands the sacred Bodhi tree. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 14:
Overnight Train

After Breakfast, leave by surface for Patna with enroute visit of Rajgir { 90 Kms /2 Hrs } and visit the holy site , hot sulpher spring and continue for Patna {100 Kms / 3Hrs } with enroute visit of Nalanda, Evening connect your overnight train for Kolkata. Overnight on board Air - conditioned coach with sleeper berth.

DAY 15:

Upon arrival at Kolkata, transfer from Railway station to Hotel. Breakfast will be served upon arrival at Hotel. Check in post breakfast subject to Room availability. Relax till afternoon. PM visit of Dakshineswar Temple: The spiritual birthplace of Swami Vivekananda is also said to be the birthplace of modern Hinduism and Belur Math Founded by Swami Vivekananda to promote Vedanta Philosophy . Overnight.

DAY 16:

Leisurely breakfast and Full day European extension Tour visiting Jafargazi’s tomb at Tribeni, Hanseswari Temple and Basudev Temple at Banshberia. Folloed by the visit of Bandel a Portuguese Colony and Chinchura,an old Dutch Colony & Chandannagar an old French Colony.Stop for Lunch on your own at a local restaurant . Proceed to Sreerampore, Rev. Cerey Memorial Museum, Churches, Cemetery and other interesting buildings are worth to visit.Return to Kolkata. Overnight.

DAY 17:
KOLATA / Onward Destination

Leisurely breakfast at Hotel. Check out around noon Hours. Pm Hours visit of the holy site of Kalighat Temple, exists since the mythological era as one of the fingers of Sati’s feet had fallen there, Victoria Memorial a 100% Marble building created by the British in India between 1905-1921 to house personal memorabilia of Queen Victoria. Continue your tour visiting Jain Temples made from lime & sugar mixture and extensively decorated followed by the visit of with clay modeler’s village where people make the Idols of Gods and Goddesses and continue for Kolkata Airport to connect your flight for back home / onward destination.
