DAY 01:
Arrive DELHI

Welcome to India !!!!
Arrive Delhi - the capital of modern India and one of the ancient cities of the world, identified with Indraprastha, the city founded by the Pandavas (heroes of the epic Mahabharata). Meeting with our representative and assistance at the airport later transfer to Hotel. Check-in and overnight.

DAY 02:

After Breakfast Visit Old and New parts of Delhi - each with its specific charm and glory - makes a very interesting city for its sustenance to medieval and modern cultures at the same time and space. In the first half you will visit Old Delhi - including Jama Masjid (Mosque), Gandhi’s Cremation Site and a Rikshaw ride to Red Fort followed by the visit of Humanyun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar and a drive past the government buildings in Delhi. Return to hotel. Overnight.

DAY 03:
AM Hrs Flight

Morning transfer to airport to connect the flight for Varanasi said to be the India's most sacred city situated on the western bank of the holy river Ganga. It is also the oldest living city in the world. As a place for devotion and worship, with hundreds of temples dotting the city, sunrise on the river front as seen from a boat can be a spiritually uplifting sight. It has a fascination uniquely its own, a quality of sublime beauty, a timeless eternal appeal. Varanasi is the city which cannot be described, only experienced. Arrive Varanasi and transfer to hotel. Later visit the Temples, Aurangazeb’s Mosque and one of the biggest university of India. Evening view “Aarti” ceremony on the Ghats. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 04:

Morning boat cruise at the river Ganges to observe the way of life of pilgrims by the Ghats. Later Excursion to Sarnath 10kms East of Varanasi, is one of the Buddhism’s major centers of India. After attaining enlightenment, the Buddha came to Sarnath where he gave his first sermon. Visit the deer park and the museum and later back to Varanasi. Overnight in Varanasi.

DAY 05:
260 Kms / 06 Hrs

After breakfast drive to Bodhgaya – the most sacred place for Buddhists as it has a Peepul tree under which Gautama the Buddha attained enlightenment some 2500 years back. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 06:

After breakfast, sightseeing of Bodhgaya visiting Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhi tree; Bodhgaya Archaeological Museum - houses a small collection of Buddhist sculpture from the 1st century B.C, to the 11th century A.D; Jagannath Temple close by has a four armed statue of Shiva in black stone. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 07:
75 Kms / 02 Hrs

After Breakfast Leave by surface for Rajgir. Upon arrival, installation at hotel Rest of the morning, visit the Griddhakuta Hill, or Vulture Peak. Post Lunch Visit Ratnagiri, Venuvana Vihara and Satadhara (the seven hot sulphur springs). Overnight in hotel.

DAY 08:
DELHI / Onward Destination

After breakfast at the hotel, check out & drive to Patna. Enroute visit Nalanda – once one of the greatest universities of the worlds. Later drive to Patna. Upon arrival, connect your Return flight to Delhi. Upon arrival at Delhi Airport, remain in transit to connect your flight for Onward Destination.
